Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder constituted so as to permit the safe and smooth rotation of a rotary disc even by a usual lock member having any simple shape at the time of closing a housing, that is, not to lock the rotation of the rotary disc by the lock member so far as an on-off part is not opened. SOLUTION: This grinder (1) is constituted so that the object to be ground charged from a charging part (12) is taken in a grinding part (14) to be cut and ground in the grinding part (14) before discharged to the outside. The grinding part (14) is equipped with a rotary grinding member such as the rotary disc (144a) with a plane blade, a rotary hammer (145b) and the like and a housing (141) for housing the rotary grinding member. The housing (141) has an on-off part (141-1) at a part thereof and also has an insertion hole (141-1a) which permits the insertion of the lock member (17) for stopping the rotation of the rotary member (144a) at a part of a housing body (141-2) adjacent to the on-off part (141-1) at the time of closing by the on-off part (141-1). A closing member (20) for closing the insertion hole (141-1a) of the lock member (17) at the time of closing is provided to the on-off part (141-1) of the housing (141). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
