Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data reception by the use of an input buffer whose capacity is comparatively small. SOLUTION: An output buffer 103 performs buffering processing of stream data processed by a video image stream processing section 102. A buffer conversion section 104 converts information comprising the stream data whose buffering processing has been performed by the output buffer 103, into a file format according to the capacity of the output buffer 103. An HTML conversion section 105 converts the information converted into the file format by the conversion section 104 into an HTML file.
