Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system in which distribution history can be easily acquired without causing a user to be conscious of the acquisition even in the case of content distribution between terminals not through a server. SOLUTION: A user uses a terminal device 21 to transmit a user ID to a prescribed access point 22. The access point 22 transmits the user ID, an access point ID and a contents ID to a server 23 as content request information. The server 23 transmits content and a route ID expressing a distribution route to the terminal device 21 through the access point 22 on the basis of the content request information. The terminal device 21 stores the user ID, the route ID and a distribution date into a memory as a distribution log. Then the terminal device 21 transmits the distribution log to the server 23 at prescribed timing. Consequently on the basis of the distribution log acquired from the terminal device 21, the server 23 can grasp distribution history in which content are exchanged between the terminal devices.
