Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate high-quality three-dimensional image by very rapidly decreasing aliasing with a smaller memory capacity required compared with that in a super sampling method. SOLUTION: Concerning each pixel constituting a display screen, a three-dimensional image drawing device is provided with; a first color buffer 3 which stores the color information on a first polygon which is located nearest to a viewpoint; a first depth buffer 4 which stores depth values; an edge identification buffer 5; a blending factor buffer 6; a second color buffer 7 which stores the color information on a second polygon which is located second-nearest to the viewpoint; a second depth buffer 8 which stores depth values; a hidden surface deletion part 1 which finds the first polygon and second polygon for each pixel to update the data of each buffer; and a blending part 2 which blends the data of the first color buffer with the data of the second color buffer to find the color information on each pixel based on the data of the edge identification buffer and blending factor buffer.
