Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighter door frame requiring less cost. SOLUTION: The automobile vehicle door frame 12 includes a cross section material 14 for creating a profile forming an upper part and a side surface of the frame. A lower end 22a of the side surface 22 of the frame is thicker than a remained part of the frame in a direction crossing a plane formed by the frame. In one embodiment, an interface part 16 is fixed to the cross section material 14 creating the profile and the lower end of the side surface of the frame is formed by the interface part and the cross section material creating the profile. Thereby, it becomes possible that the cross section material creating the profile provided with a suitable cross section for requirement of strength at an upper part of the frame is constituted while the part of the frame designed so as to receive larger bending stress is reinforced.
