Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid in a liquid tank from evaporating, and improve utilization efficiency of the liquid in the liquid tank. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped member 14 is installed being inclined against the liquid surface of the liquid so as to divide the inside of the liquid tank. Furthermore, gaps 15, 16 are formed at the plate-shaped member 14 so that divided one space is communicated with the other divided space. Furthermore, as to the respective positions of the gaps 15, 16, the gap 15 is in the vicinity closer to the liquid surface of the plate-shaped member 14 and the gap 16 is in the vicinity farther from the liquid surface of the plate-shaped member 14.
