Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable mask of which the filtering function is high because the mask closely joins to the face by going along the face, and in addition, which is excellent in the wearing feeling, and does not cause a sense of incongruity even when the mouth is moved. SOLUTION: Right and left mask materials 1 and 2 are superposed in such a manner that the mutual contours may be overlapped, and the arc-shaped edge parts are welded by a specified width. Then, notched holes 6 and 7 which extend thinly and long from the approximately central section of an approximate fan shape to the rivet are respectively formed on the right and left mask materials 1 and 2. In the disposable mask, under the state wherein the right and left mask materials 1 and 2 are superposed, a predetermined length section from the upper end of an arc-shaped welded section P is removed by fusing by a straight line which diagonally crosses the welded section.
