PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that easily achieves journalization even if journalization parameters are varied. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes a journalization parameter setting means 24 by which the journalization parameters for journalizing accounting management data are stored, in association with journalization numbers for identifying the journalization parameters; and a journalization means 22, by which the accounting management data associated with slip numbers for identifying the accounting management data are journalized, in accordance with the journalization parameters for creation of journalization data associated with the slip numbers and the journalization numbers of the journalization parameters journalizing the accounting management data are stored in association with the slip numbers. The information processor may further include a re-journalization means 23, by which when the journalization parameters are varied by the journalization parameter setting means 24, the accounting management data associated with the journalization numbers of the journalization parameters varied are extracted and the accounting management data extracted are re-journalized by the journalization parameters, to replace the data with journalization data associated with the slip numbers of the accounting management data extracted.
