Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft whose kick point can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: The golf club shaft comprises a tubular base layer 1 made of a fiber-reinforced resin and a cloth layer 2 formed on the outer peripheral surface in part of the base layer 1 in the longitudinal direction. In the cloth layer 2, a tape-shaped fiber-reinforced resin is spirally wound around to be inclined both in the left and right directions relative to the longitudinal direction of the base layer 1, and tapes inclined both in the left and right directions are superimposed on each other. Accordingly, by forming the cloth layer 2 at various positions in the longitudinal direction, the kick point can be easily adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
