Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspection method of a composite container capable of detecting even the minute pinhole of a plastic film generated at vacuum/pressure forming in a manufacturing process of the composite container composed of paper and a plastic film and capable of also shortening an inspection time. SOLUTION: The composite container B, which is obtained by simultaneously molding the paper 10 and the plastic film 11 by a vacuum/pressure forming method, is set between a discharge electrode 1 and an earth electrode 2, both of which are installed in the atmosphere, constituting a pinhole inspection device A and high frequency high voltage is applied across the electrodes 1 and 2 by a high frequency high-voltage power supply 3 to produce a discharge current between both electrodes. Then, the pinhole 12 of the composite container B is detected by the detector 4 provided to a detection circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
