SOLUTION: Soap is housed so as to be wrapped with a soap case, a porous surface for applying the soap is formed on the upper surface of an outer side soap case, an easy-to-drain belt-shaped porous surface for waste liquid having a clearance and a shape for not making the waste liquid stay is formed on an inner side soap case, and the soap is used while being kept housed without being taken out from the soap case.
