Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidity control method constituted so as to enhance measuring precision in indirectly measuring the fluidity of a fluid kneaded matter like castable refractory or ready-mixed concrete prepared by a mixer and utilizing a measuring method enhanced in measuring precision. SOLUTION: This method comprises measuring the relaxing time until a motor reaches a stop state that the load, received from the kneaded matter of the stirring blade or rotary shaft of the mixer during the kneading in the mixer, turns free from the point of time starting the occurrence of a signal for stopping the rotation of the motor, and evaluating a fluidity of kneaded matter within the mixer from the correlation of the preliminarily calculated relaxing time and fluidity.
