Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control system using a convenient centralized remote control device without losing convenience of residents by solving problems that start of operation of a ventilation device is often forgotten to cause lack of a ventilation volume at the time of starting an operation of the air-conditioner. SOLUTION: A means for operating respective air conditioners and a means for operating the ventilation device are installed to a centralized remote operation device for remote controlling a plurality of air conditioners. In this control constitution, when the air conditioner is actuated and operated from a respective remote operation device for independently remote operating each air conditioner, the ventilation device is automatically operated. Because, when the respective remote control device of the air conditioner installed in each room is only operated to start the operation of the air conditioner, the ventilation device also starts operating, forgetfulness of the operation of the ventilation device can be prevented.
