Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the circularity of an outer peripheral face of an outside diameter-side cylindrical part 16 without increasing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This pulley comprises a ring-shaped connecting part 17 for connecting an inside diameter-side cylindrical part 15 and the outside diameter-side cylindrical part 16, and reinforcing ribs 18a, 18b radially mounted on both side faces of the connecting part 17 by the same number. A circumferential length L1between two points of an outer peripheral face 2 of a part connected by adjacent two reinforcing ribs 18a, 18a of the outside diameter-side cylindrical part 16 is 5 mm or less.
