Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of frequently causing a state of uselessly operating an exhausting air blower having the large air volume and large electric power consumption in a class 1 ventilation system, and lacking in an air supply quantity of a window closing room in a class 3 ventilation system, even when trying to use ventilation by opening a window in the early morning and at night in summer in energy saving. SOLUTION: A ventilation passage for ventilating the whole house is constituted by arranging air supply ventilators in a plurality of rooms, and arranging at least one or more of exhausting ventilators in the whole house. A control device for controlling the ventilators is arranged in the ventilators, and is constituted for controlling so as not to operate at least one or more of the exhausting ventilators.
