PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance retrieval efficiency by presenting beneficial information to a user when a Web site is retrieved or re-accessing is performed to the past browsed Web site. SOLUTION: A management method for Web retrieval information comprises: a process for storing a keyword for Web site retrieval which is inputted from a user terminal 3 and where instruction is made to a WWW server to make retrieval of the Web site on the keyword DB 6 of the user terminal 3; a process for associating information on the Web site retrieved by the keyword and on the browsed Web site with the keyword and storing the result on the access history DB 10 of the user terminal 3 ; and a process for reading the respective pieces of information on the retrieved Web site and on the browsed Web site registered by associating with the keyword from the access history DB 10 when the input of a retrieval word is received from the user terminal 3, and generating an access history display screen 13 displaying the Web sites and the keyword in a tree shape and displaying the picture on the user terminal 3.
