Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding way training tool for a rod to be gripped whose size of the part where a finger is placed can be adjusted in accordance with the size of a finger of each user. SOLUTION: The holding way training tool 1 for the rod to be gripped is constituted of a planer upper wall part 12, a planer lower wall part 22 positioned opposite to the upper wall part, and a holding wall part 30 where the upper and lower wall parts are arranged to form a prescribed clearance, and each of the upper wall part 12 and the lower wall part 22 independently constitutes a first wall member 10 and a second wall member 20, respectively. The first wall member 10 comprises, in addition to the wall part 12, a recessed first fitting part 11 which is erected with respect to the upper wall. The second wall member 20 comprises, in addition to the second wall part 22, a protruding second fitting part 21 erected with respect to the lower wall part. Further, the first fitting part 11 and the second fitting part 21 are made to slidably fit to each other, and a holding wall part 30 is formed by the first and the second fitting members 11 and 21 in the fitted state.
