Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing calibration curves used for calibration in the determination of matter to be measured and accurately calibrating its measured values. SOLUTION: At preparation of the calibration curve to be used for calibrating measurement values, at the measurement of the presence of the matter to be measured by direct or indirect reaction with foreign matters, a small amount of a labeling substance and an excess amount of a non-labeling substance are added to a sample, all the matter to be measured and a measurement interfering substance are made to contribute to the action between the small amount of the labeling substance and the excess amount of the non-labeling substance, to determine a measurement value F1in a pseudo state, in which the matter to be measured and the measurement interfering substance are not present, and the calibration curve is prepared with the measurement value F1as the 0 point. Or a known amount of the matter to be measured is added to a sample which does not contain the matter to be measured nor the measurement-interfering substance to prepare the calibration curve, and the calibration curve is calibrated through the use of the 0 point. Measurement values of the matter to be measured and to be quantified are calibrated, through the use of the calibration curve to determine accurate concentration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
