Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly transfer a temperature state of a load-side circuit. SOLUTION: A controller 52 of this chiller device 11a closes a control valve 33 in baking a load Wa, to introduce only a load-side refrigerant without supplying a secondary-side refrigerant to a mixture tank 31, heats the load-side refrigerant by operating a heater 39, and stops the cooling of the load-side refrigerant by primary cooling water by closing a control valve 37. In transferring from the baking to a cooling state, the heater 39 is stopped in a state that the control valve 33 is closed, and the load-side refrigerant is cooled by the primary cooling water by fully opening the control valve 37. An opening of the control valve 37 is adjusted on the basis of outputs of temperature sensors Tc3 or Tc4 and Tc5, in accordance with the lowering of the temperature of the load-side refrigerant to a normal temperature by being cooled by the primary cooling water.
