Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding for medical care implements which is reduced in an eluate, contains no endocrine disrupter, is excellent in injection moldability, transparency, hue, and impact strength, and undergoes little discolorations due to irradiation with radioactive rays or electron beams. SOLUTION: This injection molding for the medical care implements is obtained by injection-molding a composition of a copolyester containing 5 to 300 ppm (in terms of the element) of at least one member selected from a germanium element and an aluminum element and essentially consisting of a glycol component comprising 65 to 95 mol % ethylene glycol and 5 to 35 mol% neopentyl glycol and a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 65 to 100 mol% terephthalic acid and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.50 to 0.90 dl/g, and has the following properties: (1) the haze per 4 mm thickness is 1.0 or below, (2) the amount of the eluate obtained by elution with water at 50°C for 5 hr is 3 ppm or smaller, and (3) the yellowness index (YI) is 8.0 or lower.
