Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic treatment apparatus which prevents caulking on the inner surface of a cylindrical reflux column located at the top of a pyrolysis apparatus. SOLUTION: The waste plastic treatment apparatus has a caulking preventive device which moves in conjunction with the rotation of the inner vessel of the pyrolysis apparatus. The caulking preventive device comprises a caulking preventive cylinder which has a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the reflux column and is installed in the reflux column, more than one chain hung from the upper part of the reflux column, more than one rod hung from the upper part of the reflux column and a wire which touches the inner surface of the reflux column in conjunction with the rotation of the inner vessel of the pyrolysis apparatus.
