Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an antenna satisfying a preset electrical characteristic value for a short period of time without the need of redesigning an antenna shape repeatedly in accordance with an analysis result of an electrical characteristic, etc. SOLUTION: This method for designing an antenna coil used in a non-contact ID card or a RFID (radio frequency identification) is provided with a process for inputting information about a plurality of shapes and the material of the antenna coil, a process for analyzing the resistance value, inductance and stray capacitance of the antenna coil with respect to the number of turns of the antenna coil in the plurality of inputted antenna coil shapes, and a process for selecting one among the plurality of antenna coil shapes on the basis of these analysis results.
