An operation management establishment for mobile waste incinerators supplies and dispatches engineers of waste incineration and vehicle operation management. An establishment responsible for industrial waste discharge disposal rents the mobile waste incinerator from the rental establishment to incinerate industrial wastes under operation management by the combustion and operation management engineers dispatched by the operation management establishment.
