Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact laser light reaction device by laser irradiation excellent in laser energy efficiency and capable of enlarging a ratio of high fluence reaction area which occupies in a volume of a reaction vessel where the laser is irradiated. SOLUTION: The subject laser light reaction device by laser irradiation comprises a laser light generating device 11 generating a laser light L having an infrared-ray area wavelength, the reaction vessel 12 provided with an incident part 15 for injecting the laser light L and an outgoing part 17 outputting the laser light L and irradiates the laser light L to a reactive medium M containing an isotope in the reaction vessel 12a. The reaction vessel 12 is provided with a plurality of concave mirrors 16a-16f to form a plurality of reaction areas 101-106 by condensing the reflected laser light L, and the plurality of concave mirrors 16a-16f are so arranged that an optical path of the laser light L reflected by the concave mirrors 16a-16f becomes zigzag.
