Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily keep cervical vertebra physiological swayback or to prevent or straighten cervical vertebra deformation at home. SOLUTION: The pillow of the present invention keeps cervical vertebra physiological swayback or straightens the deformation. When a user lies on his or her back by placing the head and neck on the pillow body 1 of the pillow, the both side parts of the respective first and second, and seventh cervical vertebrae of the user are brought into contact with vertically long projecting members 7A-7D as supporting projection parts arranged on the surface of a neck receiving part 3 in the pillow body 1. The cervical vertebrae of the user M are received and supported at four places, i.e., the two places at both the sides of the first and second, and seventh cervical vertebrae, so that the physiological swayback is kept in the cervical vertebrae. Besides, the vertically long projecting members 7A-7D are brought into pressure contact with the acupuncture points at both the sides of the first and second, and the seventh cervical vertebrae by the weight of the head to relieve burden on muscles around the cervical vertebrae. The user only puts the head and neck on the pillow body 1 and lies on his or her back by using the pillow, while sleeping. Consequently keeping the physiological swayback of the cervical vertebrae and preventing and straightening the cervical vertebra deformation can easily be performed at home.
