Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of obtaining a deep reaching depth and a high resolution, realizing a doppler function and obtaining three-dimensional ultrasonic images in constitution capable of being utilized by being mounted on an endoscope. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 for obtaining ultrasonic tomographic images by being used together with the endoscope 2 for obtaining endoscopic images comprises: an ultrasonic over-tube 11 provided with an array vibrator 12 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves, a signal cable 21 connected to it, a hollow sheath 13 incorporating it and provided continuously to the array vibrator, a position detection means 31 for detecting the position of the array vibrator, and a joint member 14 fixed to the endoscope; an ultrasonic observation device 16 for generating three-dimensional ultrasonic tomographic images of a subject by a signal processing based on the output signals of the array vibrator; and a connection cable 15 for connecting the ultrasonic over-tube and the ultrasonic observation device. The ultrasonic over-tube is formed so as to be inserted into a celom in the state of inserting and fixing the endoscope to a hollow part 13b and the position detection means is incorporated in the sheath.
