PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an individual terminal operation becomes complicated, an electronic key is unnecessarily distributed and accordingly high security is not realized in a conventional security system, since (1) the conventional security system does not expect that an electronic key is used among a plurality of terminals and (2) provides simply only a mechanism for operating an electronic key for each terminal. SOLUTION: The following means are provided to solve the problem: a storage means which stores a user name, a key and a user notice destination having an object to be opened and closed; a means which receives a request from a user for acquiring a key; a means which generates a key corresponding to the request for acquiring a key and stores it in the storage means; and a means which transmits the key thus generated to the user, who makes the request for acquiring the key, and the user notice destination of another user having the same object to be opened and closed as the user.
