Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform optical axis alignment of a plurality of optical fibers with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A first through-hole 31 for insertion of the first optical fiber and a second through-hole 32 for insertion of the second optical fiber are formed in approximately parallel at a two-fiber ferrule 30. A slit 33 extending toward a deep side from an end surface 30a side of the two-fiber ferrule 30 is formed between the first through-hole 31 and the second through-hole 32. The portion shifted from the slit 33-forming portion of the two-fiber ferrule 30 functions as a fixed part 34, the portion with the first through-hole 31 formed corresponding to the slit 33-forming portion functions as a first movable part 35, and the portion with the second through-hole 32 formed corresponding to the slit 33-forming portion functions as a second movable part 36, respectively. The width of the slit 33, i.e., the distance between the first through-hole 31 and second through-hole 32 exposed on the end surface 30, is adjusted by pressing the first movable part 35 and the second movable part 36 from the outer side.
