PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the discarted amount of print contents by building up electronic contents data (print contents and WEB browsing contents) and disclosing WEB server based on the print contents such as a pamphlet at a minimum cost. SOLUTION: A contents registration PC respectively generates the print contents image data read from an original (print contents) comprising a plurality of pages in unit of pages and WEB browsing contents on the basis of the generated print contents in unit of pages, and a contents disclosing WEB server 130 registers each of the generated WEB browsing contents as WEB disclosing data respectively in cross-reference with each of the print contents, and applies external disclosure processing to each of the registered WEB browsing contents via a prescribed communication medium. A contents management system is characterized in a configuration such that when receiving a print instruction of the WEB browsing contents subjected to the disclosure processing, the server 130 transmits the print contents in cross-reference with the instructed WEB browsing contents to a printer to allow the printer to execute print processing.
