Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new DC distribution system for delivering a COS to operate and control a DC together with the DC, and to provide a constitution for a highly reliable after-sales service which is suitable for the system, is capable of responding to a variety of fee systems, and is effective on protection of a copy right. SOLUTION: This DC distribution system comprises a COS delivery system for delivering the COS and a DC delivery system for delivering the DC to a user terminal via a network. The COS delivery system generates COS-PID (personal identification information) for a delivery target COS in response to a COS order from a user, and the DC delivery system requests for authentication of the COS-PID presented to the delivery target DC by the user to the COS delivery system in response to a DC order from the user, and generates a DC-PID for the delivery target DC after the authentication. The user can select a service charge payment condition at ordering the COS and can select a mileage imparting condition at ordering the DC by using the COS-PID and the DC-PID.
