Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition for extrusion lamination, enabling the lamination work while minimizing the thickness of the adhesive resin layer for extrusion lamination in the lamination of a film laminate as a packaging material and effective for suppressing the generation of dioxins in the incineration of the waste laminate after use and provide a film laminate produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition for extrusion lamination is produced by adding 3-15 wt.% dioxins generation suppressing agent obtained by adding magnesium carbonate and/or calcium carbonate to a compound composed mainly of the hydroxide and/or oxide of magnesium or calcium to a resin composed of an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer or a resin produced by adding <30 wt.% low-density polyethylene to an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer.
