Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily removable dental adhesive material having good adhesion of an abutment (a bridge abutment part) of a dental implant to an upper structure (an artificial prosthesis) or a fixture (a dental root part). SOLUTION: An aqueous polymer emulsion comprises an aqueous polymer emulsion (E) of a copolymer (P) of an acrylic or a methacrylic ester (a) and a monomer (b) having an acidic group. The copolymer (P) contains units of the monomer (b) having the acidic group in an amount of 1-25 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the copolymer (P) and the aqueous polymer emulsion has ≤35°C minimum film-forming temperature.
