SOLUTION: The still picture processor 100 comprises an R/W unit 101 for carrying out reading and recording, an image managing unit 102 for carrying out the management of the digital photograph data, a location judging unit 105 for determining a current location, a clock unit 106 for carrying out the detection of the present time, a storage unit 107 for storing photograph data, a selecting unit 108 for carrying out the selection of the digital photograph data, a slide show generating unit 109 for carrying out the generation of the slide show data, and an output unit 110 for outputting the generated slide show data to a display unit 130. The image managing unit 102 comprises a location information imparting unit 103 for imparting the location information to the photograph data, and a score generating unit 104 for carrying out the generation of the score information of each digital photograph data using the location information.
