Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas denitrizer capable of using a high temperature exhaust gas and using an NH3injection device in which problem of clogging of NH3water injection nozzle is not generated even when a sulfur oxide is contained in the exhaust gas, and a method. SOLUTION: In the exhaust gas denitrizer, compressed air is fed from a blower 8 to an ejector 7 for extracting the exhaust gas from HRSG (heat recovery boiler) 1, and NH3water is produced by obtained mixing gas and NH3-containing gas is produced by an NH3water evaporator 10 and is injected by an NH3-containing gas injection nozzle 3 of the HRSG1 on the upstream side of a nitration catalyst layer 2. Since the high temperature exhaust gas is cooled and diluted by compressed air, there is no fear that the NH3is oxidized in a process that the NH3water is evaporated. Concentration of moisture content in the exhaust gas is reduced and generation of drain in the exhaust gas extract pipe can be inhibited. Warming in an evaporation system of NH3water can be early carried out and temperature of NH3-containing gas obtained by evaporation of the NH3water can be lowered. Since reduction of thermal stress of the NH3-containing gas pipe system can be easily carried out, denitrization of the exhaust gas can be easily carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
