Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing the flash of a resin-bonded magnet and an apparatus used therefor which is capable of remarkably reducing an appearance inferior object such as a foreign matter, deformation or the flash of a resin-bonded magnet used for a motor or an actuator by employing a rotational barrel without using abrasive grains. SOLUTION: In the method of removing the flash of a resin-bonded magnet by using a rotating barrel, after the resin-bonded magnet is loaded in a mesh cylindrical body of the rotating barrel, the mesh cylindrical body is rotated while jetting air to the resin-bonded magnet to allow the resin-bonded magnet to collide against each other, or the resin-bonded magnet is rubbed with the mesh of the mesh cylindrical body to remove the flash, and the flash removed from the resin-bonded magnet is discharged by the air to the outside of the rotating barrel.
