Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a fuel battery cell tube and metal with an improved gas sealing property. SOLUTION: The joint structure of the fuel battery cell tube and the metal uses a fuel battery cell tube 3 on which a fuel battery cell 21 is formed, a metal plate 14, and a sealing structure 8-2 jointing the fuel battery cell tube 3 with the metal plate 14. The sealing structure 8-2 has a sealing layer 27, a first ring 26, and a second ring 24 of 8-2. The sealing layer 27 is interposed between the fuel battery cell tube 3 and the metal plate 14. The first ring 26 is interposed between the sealing layer 27 and the metal plate 14. The second ring 24 of 8-2 is interposed between the first ring 26 and the metal plate 14. The sealing layer 27 has an adhesiveness against the fuel battery cell tube 3 and the first ring 26. The second ring 24 of 8-2 is jointed to the metal plate 14 and has a curved face smoothly curving in a direction of a center line. The curved face is in surface contact with the first ring 26 with pressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
