Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a precise and short-time process evaluation when the order of working process is made variable at the analysis of assembling lines which performs assembling, resolution and adjustment of machinery product. SOLUTION: The system of this method is provided with database of the order of working processes and an input part which prescribes process order; and this method is made such method that all of the established process order patterns of product are made when the prescription of the process order is input, simulation is performed based on the data, and each working time is calculated. Since the optimum process order and the optimum personnel arrangement for the production of machinery are calculated timely, the method enables a construction of production lines efficiently and precisely.
