Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat back allowing easy and effective moving of a television monitor to a usage position. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat back is provided with the television monitor 4 attached so as to turn around a fixed axis X with respect to the seat back 3 within an angular range smaller than 180° between a first folded and distant position wherein the television monitor 4 is held in a set back 35, and a visual field screen of the television monitor 4 is arranged facing a rear face 34 of the seat back, and the second usage position composed so that the visual field screen 41 is arranged facing the rear face 34 of the seat back to face a user.
