Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning suction duct of a rolling stock which allows passengers' habitable area to be comfortable space so that cooled air lump is not generated close to one's feet. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning system, main ducts 11, 12 and returning ducts 13, 14 which are provided on a floor structure body 1 along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body 10 are connected to an air conditioner body, the conditioned air supplied from the air conditioner body is fed from the main ducts into the vehicle through vertical ducts 17, 18 formed on a side structure body 3., and the conditioned air in the vehicle is sucked into the returning ducts 13, 14 and circulated. The air conditioner ducts 15, 16 of the rolling stock is connected to the returning ducts 13, 14, extended to the side structure bodies 3, 3 sides from the returning ducts 13, 14, and formed so that the suction ports 15a, 16a at the tip are positioned to the lower corner part in the vehicle.
