PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold foam molding apparatus constituted so as to suppress the occurrence of projections or holes caused when a monolithic molded product having different characteristic parts is molded using a partition member, and a manufacturing method using it. SOLUTION: In this in-mold foam molding apparatus 10 having a freely going in and out movable partition member 1 for demarcating a molding space 13 formed by a pair of molds at every predetermined region, the partition member is constituted of a plurality of divided partition members 2 independently divided into a predetermined shape and the divided partition members 2 have retreat positiong projections 5 and insertion positioning projections 4, and are mounted on one slider 3 coming into contact with both positioning projections to move the divided partition members 2. The slider is moved between the retreat positioning projections and the insertion positioning projections and the divided partition members 2 are moved in connection with the movement of both projections in the contact state with the slider.
