Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact communication type information carrier with a wide communication band and excellent versatility. SOLUTION: The non-contact communication type information carrier is constituted of a semiconductor chip 2 where an antenna coil 1 is integrally formed, a booster coil 3 electromagnetically inductively coupled with the antenna coil 1 integrally formed on the semiconductor chip 2 and the antenna coil provided in a reader-writer, and an insulating member 4 carrying the semiconductor chip 2 and the booster coil 3.
