Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase curing speed of an adhesive by thinning an adhesive layer in an optical connector made by bonding a bare fiber to an optical connector ferrule with a cyanoacrylate adhesive. SOLUTION: Bare optical fibers 121 of a multiple coated optical fiber ribbon 120 are inserted into an optical connector ferrule 110 from an optical fiber insertion part 116, and are guided by guide grooves 111 and guide holes 112 into fiber holes 113. The bottom part of a window part 114 is coated thin with the cyanoacrylate adhesive 140 and an adhesive auxiliary member 130 is engaged in the window part 140. Thus, the adhesive layer is made thin and dried quickly, and also the adhesive 140 is pressurized and facilitated to enter the fiber holes 113, to secure the adhesion/fixation.
