Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation pump capable of efficiently raising a pressure of delivered fluid, having no need of a drain pipe. SOLUTION: The pulsation pump 1 includes a pressurizing chamber 4, a fluid-supply port 5, a fluid-delivery port 6, an inlet check-valve 7, an outlet check-valve 8, a bellows 9, and a driving mechanism 10. The pressurizing chamber 4 is built out of an inside wall 2a of a cylinder 2 and a tip end 3a of the plungers 3, which is loosely inserted in the cylinder 2. The inlet check-valve 7 shuts off the flow coming from the pressurizing chamber 4 to the fluid-supply port 5. The outlet check-valve 8 hinders the fluid having flowed out through the fluid-delivery port 6 from returning to the pressurizing chamber 4. The bellows 9 is fit externally on the base end 3b of a plunger 3 projecting from the cylinder 2 to seal the part between the cylinder 2 and the base end part 3b. The space surrounded by the outside of the base end part 3b, the bellows 9, and the cylinder 2 is allowed to communicate with the fluid-supply port 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
