SOLUTION: The present asphalt composition dissolving device 1 has an asphalt composition tank 2 containing an asphalt composition 20, a heat medium tank 5, and a heating means 7. The heat medium tank 5 is installed while surrounding the asphalt composition tank 2 and the heat media 21 having fluidity is contained in the inside.
