Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a webbing take-up device capable of stabilizing a force limiter load easily at low cost. SOLUTION: The pinion 54 of a pretensioner 50 is provided in the side opposite to the side integrally connected to a spool 20 through the sleeve 32 of a torsion shaft 28. Furthermore, the base lock 84 of a lock mechanism 80 is connected to the pinion 54. The end of the torsion shaft 28 on the leg plate 18 side is locked by the operation of the lock mechanism 80, and accordingly, the pinion 54 connected to the rotation part 72 of a sleeve 44 is also locked by the lock mechanism 80 by the operation of the pretensioner 50. Thus, the fall of the piston 64 of the pretensioner 50 is prevented, and the inner pressure of a cylinder 62 has no effect on the deformation of the torsion shaft 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
