Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology capable of realizing a radar or a lidar having high sensitivity and high performance by removing influence caused by movement of a flying object, when loading the radar or the rider on the flying object such as a satellite. SOLUTION: The squint direction of an antenna beam and the moving direction of the satellite are set in parallel by utilizing the fact that each beam squint direction is different in orthogonal circular polarization which is a characteristic of an offset parabolic antenna, and beam squint is performed forward in transmission, and the beam squint is performed backward in reception, to thereby always realize matching of the beam direction to an observation object between transmission and reception. Hereby, an error in the observation direction, a loss to oblique incidence or the like can be reduced, and high performance can be realized.
