Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf cart with a higher safety which enables itself to take a shelter in safety for sheltering on the outbreak of thunder. SOLUTION: It is judged whether the sheltering location exists in the ongoing direction of the golf cart along the running way based on the positional information of the golf cart acquired from the positional information of the satellite and the positional information on the sheltering place by the positional information means and when the sheltering location exists in the ongoing direction thereof, the golf cart 31 runs for sheltering toward the sheltering place 30 ahead. When the sheltering location is not in the ongoing direction, that is, just in the direction opposite to the running way, the golf cart 32 runs for sheltering by the manual operation in the opposite direction toward the sheltering place 30 behind it, following the route guidance to the nearby sheltering place as displayed on a display means.
