Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and a use control method of multimedia information, which determine a proper use form when adding information indicating uses of information to three kinds of information of sound information, image information and multimedia information having sound information and image information combined. SOLUTION: Information of use forms is added to a sound data file 21a, an image data file 22a, and a multimedia data file 23a having these files combined, respectively, and the sound data file 2a, the image data file 22a, and the multimedia data file 23a can be used in proper use forms by logic computation of these use forms.
