Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete a no-signal part of a terminal part of contents and record a video signal in a DVD when the video signal reproduced from a DV tape is recorded in the DVD. SOLUTION: A DVD recorder 10 is provided with a DV decoder 16 converting a video signal reproduced from a DV tape to a video signal of ITU-R BT.601, a MPEG encoder 17 encoding the video signal of ITU-R BT.601 to a MPEG-2 data stream, and a drive unit 23 recording the MPED-2 data stream in a DVD disk 1. In the DVD recorder 10, time code information of the DV tape is detected during recording of the data stream reproduced from the DV tape, and a recording address of data in variation timing at which detected time code information is varied to a value meaning no-signal (e.g. 0) is stored. And after finish of recording, data reproduced after the stored address is erased from the DVD disk 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
