Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building panels easily controlled in quality, having resistance and high strength to large outdoor load such as wind load and snow load and flexibly coping with the specification change of interior and exterior materials, and to provide a building with a roof part and a wall part composed of the building panels. SOLUTION: Frame members of channel steel are arranged so that each web faces a panel thickness direction, and the frame members are joined to one another by high strength bolts and L-shaped joint fittings spliced to the webs, to constitute the structural skeleton of the building panels. The interior material and exterior material are fastened to the structural skeleton by screws. These building panels 17 are used for the wall part and roof part of the building, and the wall part constitutive panels 17 and the roof part constitutive panels 17 are joined by the high strength bolts through through-members. In the multistoried building 40, a steel framework on the uppermost floor is omitted, and only the roof part constitutive panels 17 and the wall part constitutive panels 17 are used to construct the uppermost floor.
